After long lasts, say hello to Saara Salmi. An artist, illustrator and photographer from Helsinki City. Saara and I have been talking about doing a shoot for a year or more but schedules and the daily requirements have often presented obstacles.
Here is the lovely Leena! My very good friend and very talented writer. Leena’s first book was published when she was only 12 years old and since then she has over 20 best selling novels. I did my very first journalism shoot with Leena in 2007, a portrait of Hjallis Harkimo.

Gratefully I’m here once again with my good pal Mikko, manager of the finest fly fishing store in Helsinki and Finland for that matter – Helsinki Spey Clave. We’re shooting three products in total, a fly reel made by the illustrious LH Design and two rods made by the highly prestigious CF Burkheimer.
